Opened in 2013 by Dee and Lee McClure, you can find over 20 flavors of ice cream – homemade each day by Dee, her daughter Andrea, and the staff. They use 15% more milk fat in their ice cream to ensure extra creamy goodness!

Love waffle cones? ‘The Ice Cream Cafe’ serves their ice cream in homemade waffle cones (also available in dishes/cake cones) along with a variety of other baked goods – such as pies, cookies, snowballs, and more!

Also available at ‘The Ice Cream Cafe’ are lattes, coffee, specialty coffees, and ICE CREAM FLIGHTS. Yes, you read that correctly. You get (3) flavors of ice cream of your choice, (6) waffle cookies, and a choice between chocolate or caramel sauce on the side.
Dee and her mother, Donna, also make their own popcorn that they sell in store, so be sure to pick up a bag of ‘Tasty Kettle Corn’ – available in cheese, caramel, kettle, and other fun flavors!
Not just a local favorite ice cream stop, in 2018 ‘The Ice Cream Cafe’ actually won an award for the ‘Best Vanilla Ice Cream’ from the National Ice Cream Retailers Association.
