Located off I-25 at Exit 187, ‘Skull Tree Brewing’ is one of Casper, Wyoming’s hidden gems. A small boutique craft brewery, STB recently opened in December of 2018. A favorite of locals and tourists alike, Skull Tree is kid-friendly, has a pet-friendly patio, and is a great place to have a beer and make new friends! It is also BYOF friendly – ‘bring your own food!’
Skull Tree Brewing is owned by Casper locals, Ty & Nicole Martinez.
‘Skull Tree’ offers a variety of beers on tap. Their flagship beer, ‘County 1,’ is an extremely drinkable honey-blonde ale – a beer that appeals to all kinds of craft beer drinkers.
They also feature craft beers such as Easy Yolanda (infused with hibiscus, pomegranate, and blueberries), High Plains Harvester (a fall specialty pale-ale brewed with hops from Casper locals), and Summer Squeeze (brewed with a little bit of citrus peel and wheat), and the Night Train Oatmeal Stout – You never know what will be on tap!
‘Skull Tree Brewing’ also makes their own homemade clear root beer – so while you’re sipping on an ice-cold beer, the kids can enjoy a delicious, ice-cold root beer!
‘Skull Tree Brewing’ is located in a house that was built in 1919, and offers a small dog-friendly patio to enjoy the outdoors on. The Tap Room at ‘Skull Tree’ is a great place to sit, have a beer, and a conversation, without the usual bar distractions.
