Located off I-25 at Exit 188B in Casper, ‘Yellowstone Garage Bar & Grill’ is a fun, unique, family-friendly restaurant serving delicious American food. They specialize in 100% bison burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more!
Built in the late 1920s, ‘Yellowstone Garage’ was originally ‘Chopping Motors,’ a full service car dealership selling Plymouths and DeSotos. In 1957, it was operated as “Tripeny Motors” selling Lincolns, Mercurys, Studebakers, and Edsels. From the 1980s up until 1991 it was the home of a motorcycle shop, a machine shop, and a thrift store, before being bought by now-owner John Huff in 2004.
Originally, John Huff intended to remodel ‘Yellowstone Garage’ as an automobile museum, until people started renting out the beautiful space for events like weddings and meetings – and he realized it held the opportunity for a great place to host even more events!
In August 2017, ‘Yellowstone Garage Bar and Grill’ opened just in time to be ‘Ground Zero’ for the Eclipse festivities; and has been serving smiles ever since!
