of Confection Perfection
Located off Exit 33 on I-80 in Annawan, IL, ‘Paxton’s Corner Coop’ recently celebrated 5 years of confection perfection! A favorite stop for many, ‘The Coop’ is locally-owned and operated by Stephanie and Brett Paxton, and has been open since 2015.
It is the perfect road-trip destination to satisfy your sweet tooth; Paxton’s offers amazing homemade cupcakes, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hand-dipped ice cream, and more!
From 2015 (pictured below left) to 2020 (right), Stephanie and Brett have transformed a forgotten, overgrown building into a locally-loved and nationally-recognized ‘Best of The Interstate’ Destination.
At Paxton’s Corner Coop, you not only enjoy beautifully and deliciously decorated cupcakes – you get to enjoy all of their fun indoor/outdoor decorations! Stephanie and Brett have become known for how much fun they have decorating ‘The Coop’ to match the time of year and holidays.
